Sherman Bridge Lending was founded due to a lack of
liquidity in the marketplace.
As the financing and banking situation became prevalent the
lending ability of these conventional institutions shrunk.
The usual procedure of securing financing was no longer a
viable option. As such the enormous opportunity that was
surfacing due to this disparity in the marketplace became
further out of reach for the average investor. The home
prices were plummeting to lows that had not been seen for
years and capitalizing on heavily discounted property with
large equity spreads became more appealing and rehab
financing harder to realize. |
