Repair funds will only be released once the inspector has verified repairs have been completed and we receive a contractor signed release of lien form (GENERAL CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO BE PRESENT DURING DRAW INSPECTION.) Please refer to your draw schedule when describing list of repairs to be completed for this draw. Inspections will take place within 3 working days of request and draw checks will be made available for pick up or sent regular mail within 3 working days of inspection. There will be an inspection/drive fee of $99.00 subtracted from the draw amount. Special 24 hour inspections can be scheduled at an additional rush fee of $50.00.
